Premium Raw Materials

We select fiberglass skins, insulation cores, adhesives and reinforcement materials according to the required panel structure. Incoming materials and finished panels are checked for consistency before delivery.

PU foam boards offer excellent insulation, high strength, and moisture resistance. Lightweight, durable, and ideal for cold chain and construction use.

Honeycomb composite panels

Honeycomb composite panels are lightweight yet strong, offering excellent compression and impact resistance. They are moisture-resistant and durable.

XPS Board

XPS cores provide low water absorption, stable thermal performance and good compressive strength. They are suitable for lightweight insulated panels used in refrigerated and dry cargo bodies.

Application of High-Density Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) Panels for Box Trucks

High-density XPS cores can be used in sandwich panels for refrigerated and dry cargo bodies where low weight, moisture resistance and stable insulation are required. Panel thickness, surface skin and reinforcement are selected according to body size, payload, operating temperature and installation method.
