4.2m Isuzu Refrigerated Truck Body
This 4.2m refrigerated truck body is offered for urban delivery projects using a compatible Isuzu chassis. Please confirm the exact chassis model, mounting dimensions and required internal and external body dimensions before quotation.
Materials and Configuration
Regular panel construction uses an extruded polystyrene (XPS) core and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) skins bonded with white adhesive. Panel and skin thickness, floor construction and reinforcement are confirmed in the project specification rather than assumed for every order.
Rear doors, side-door requirements, floor, hardware and other components are reviewed against the cargo and loading plan. Photos show a body example; the final layout and component list are agreed before production.
Temperature and Refrigeration Matching
The insulated body does not provide cooling on its own. The refrigeration unit must be selected for the body dimensions, cargo and target temperature. Different sizes and temperature requirements need different units and budgets. Operating performance is confirmed for the agreed complete-system configuration and conditions, not guaranteed by the body alone.
Tell us the expected ambient conditions, cargo loading temperature and door-opening frequency. Any required certificates or test documents must be discussed and their availability confirmed before order confirmation.
Weight and Vehicle Fit
Body weight depends on dimensions, panels, floor, doors, hardware and reinforcement. A structural frame adds weight. Chassis suitability and allowable cargo payload must be assessed for the complete vehicle configuration; no universal body-weight or payload figure is stated here.
Request a Quote
Please send the Isuzu chassis details, body dimensions or drawings, cargo type, intended use, target temperature, door layout, quantity and delivery destination. We will review the construction and matched components and confirm the final specification and price in the quotation.
