4.2m Isuzu Refrigerated Truck Body
This 4.2m truck-body example has a side-door and double-rear-door layout for Isuzu chassis projects. Chassis compatibility, final internal and external dimensions, door positions and supply scope must be confirmed in the project drawings and quotation. Materials and Body Configuration
Regular panel construction uses an extruded polystyrene (XPS) core and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) skins bonded with white adhesive. Panel thickness, skin thickness, floor construction, structural frame, edge profiles, door hardware and seals are confirmed for the project; no fixed core density or universal panel specification is stated here.
Floor finish, lighting, drainage and airflow arrangements should be agreed before production. These items and their quantities are included only as specified in the quotation, not assumed to be standard equipment.
Temperature and Refrigeration Matching
An insulated body does not provide cooling on its own. The refrigeration unit must be matched to the body size, insulation configuration, target cargo temperature and operating conditions. Different body sizes and target temperatures require different refrigeration units and budgets.
Please provide ambient conditions, cargo loading temperature, route duration and door-opening frequency. The proposed refrigeration unit, operating range and included components must be confirmed for the project; a particular brand or model is not assumed to be included.
Chassis, Weight and Loading Requirements
Send the actual Isuzu chassis model and mounting dimensions so compatibility can be reviewed before production. A universal fit across Isuzu chassis models is not claimed. Body weight depends on dimensions, materials, floor design and components. A structural frame or reinforcement adds weight; allowable cargo payload must be assessed against the complete vehicle configuration and applicable vehicle limits.
If a meat-hanging rail is required, specify the total suspended load, load per hook and loading arrangement. Rail layout, mounting points and reinforcement must be reviewed separately and confirmed in the supply list.
