4.2m Qingling Double-Cabin Insulated Truck Body
This listing presents an insulated body example for a compatible Qingling double-cabin truck chassis. The 4.2m description is a product reference; the required internal and external dimensions, chassis variant and mounting arrangement must be confirmed for your project. Cab seating and chassis specifications are not specified by this body listing.
Panel Construction and Layout
Regular panel construction uses an extruded polystyrene (XPS) core and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) skins bonded with white adhesive. Panel thickness, floor construction, reinforcement, door layout and hardware are agreed in the quotation.
Polyurethane construction costs more and is subject to order-volume review; it is not offered for small-quantity orders. Availability must be confirmed before quotation. Photos show an example rather than a fixed specification for every order.
Refrigeration, Weight and Vehicle Matching
An insulated body does not provide cooling by itself. Where refrigeration is required, the unit must be selected to match the body dimensions, cargo and target temperature. Different sizes and temperature requirements need different units and budgets; complete-system performance is confirmed for the agreed configuration and operating conditions.
Body weight depends on dimensions, panel and floor construction, doors, hardware and reinforcement. A structural frame adds weight. Mounting suitability and allowable cargo payload must be reviewed against the selected double-cabin chassis and complete vehicle configuration.
Information for Your Quote
Please provide the Qingling chassis model and mounting details, body dimensions or drawings, cargo type, intended use, target temperature, door and floor requirements, quantity and delivery destination. For refrigerated projects, include expected ambient conditions, cargo loading temperature and door-opening frequency.
Use Request a Quote to send your requirements. Materials, components, refrigeration options and price are confirmed in the project quotation. Any required certificates or test documents must be discussed and their availability confirmed before order confirmation.
