Panel Materials and Construction

• Panel thickness: 80mm.
• Regular insulation core: extruded polystyrene (XPS).
• Panel skins: fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), bonded with white adhesive.
• Polyurethane option: higher-cost polyurethane construction is subject to order-volume review and is not offered for small-quantity orders. Availability must be confirmed before quotation.

The final material specification, reinforcement and component list are agreed for each project. Photos show a body example and do not define every order’s configuration.

Refrigeration and Vehicle Matching

The insulated body does not provide cooling on its own. A refrigeration unit must be selected to match the body dimensions, cargo and target temperature. Unit selection and price vary with the project; operating performance must be confirmed for the agreed configuration and conditions.

Body Weight and Payload

Body weight depends on dimensions, panel construction, floor, doors, hardware and reinforcement. A structural frame adds weight. We do not publish a single weight or payload figure for all sizes. Allowable cargo payload must be assessed against the selected chassis and the complete vehicle configuration.
