Custom Refrigerated Truck Body
Custom insulated body and panel configurations for refrigerated vehicle projects. Vehicle compatibility, body dimensions, door layout and supply scope are confirmed in the project drawings and quotation. Photos show examples rather than a fixed specification for every order.
Materials and Panel Configuration
Regular panel construction uses extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) skins bonded with white adhesive. Polyurethane options depend on order quantity and quotation. 100mm insulation is available for custom projects. Panel thickness, skin thickness, floor construction, structural frame, edge profiles and seals are confirmed in the project drawings and quotation.
Refrigeration and Operating Temperature
An insulated body does not provide cooling on its own. The refrigeration unit must be matched to body dimensions, insulation configuration, cargo requirements and operating conditions. Different body sizes and target temperatures require different refrigeration units and budgets.
Provide the target cargo temperature, ambient conditions, cargo loading temperature, journey duration and door-opening frequency. The proposed unit, operating range and included components are confirmed in the quotation; no universal temperature range or energy-saving performance is claimed.
Vehicle Fit, Weight and Components
Send the actual vehicle model and mounting dimensions or drawings so compatibility can be reviewed. A universal fit across vehicle models is not claimed. Body weight depends on dimensions, materials, floor design and components. A structural frame or reinforcement adds weight; allowable cargo payload must be assessed against the complete vehicle configuration and applicable vehicle limits.
Door positions, floor finish, hardware, drainage and any additional equipment should be discussed before order confirmation. Availability, layout, quantities and supply scope must be agreed for the project; optional equipment is not assumed to be included.
Lightweight and Pharmaceutical Refrigerated Vehicles
We undertake lightweight refrigerated vehicle and pharmaceutical refrigerated vehicle projects. Lightweight construction is considered alongside body dimensions, materials, floor design, structural reinforcement and vehicle limits. Final body weight depends on the agreed construction and components.
For pharmaceutical transport projects, share the cargo temperature, route conditions, monitoring requirements and any required inspections or documentation so the configuration and supply scope can be agreed before order confirmation.
Information for Your Quote
Use Request a Quote and provide the vehicle details, body dimensions or drawings, cargo, target temperature, door and floor requirements, required components, quantity and delivery destination. Tell us whether you need a body kit, an assembled body or matched refrigeration components.
Final construction, supplied components and price are confirmed in the quotation. Please discuss any required inspections, certificates, test documents or regulated-cargo requirements with us before ordering. Availability, scope and any arrangements needed are confirmed for the project.
