4.2m Insulated Refrigerated Truck Body with Meat Hanging Rail

This 4.2m body example is intended for meat-transport projects requiring a hanging-rail layout. Insulated-only or refrigerated operation is reviewed against the cargo and operating requirements. The refrigeration unit, where required, is selected separately for the agreed body configuration.

Body and Rail Configuration

Regular panel construction uses an extruded polystyrene (XPS) core and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) skins bonded with white adhesive. Panel and skin thickness, floor construction, door layout and components are confirmed in the project drawings and quotation.

The reference layout includes a stainless steel meat-hanging rail system. Please specify the cargo, expected total suspended load, load per hook and loading arrangement. Rail layout, hook quantity and spacing, mounting points and reinforcement must be reviewed for the intended use; no universal rail or hook load rating is stated here.

Rear-door and side-door requirements, floor finish, lighting, drainage and airflow arrangements should be agreed before production. These items and their quantities are included only as specified in the quotation. Photos show an example, not a fixed configuration for every order.

Temperature and Chassis Matching

Please specify your target cargo temperature. The operating range must be confirmed for the selected refrigeration unit, insulation configuration and ambient conditions. An insulated body does not provide cooling on its own, and different body sizes and target temperatures require different refrigeration units and budgets.

Provide the chassis manufacturer, model and mounting dimensions so compatibility can be confirmed before production. Final internal and external dimensions, body weight and packing dimensions are project-specific. A structural frame and rail reinforcement add weight; allowable cargo payload must be assessed against the complete vehicle configuration.
