Refrigerated Truck Body with 80mm XPS Panels
This listing presents a truck-body reference configuration with 80mm extruded polystyrene (XPS) panels. Final internal and external dimensions, panel thickness, door layout and supply scope are confirmed in the project drawings and quotation; photos show examples rather than a fixed specification for every order.
Materials and Construction
Regular panel construction uses an XPS core and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) skins bonded with white adhesive. Skin thickness, floor construction, structural frame, edge profiles, door hardware and other components must be agreed for the project.
Polyurethane (PU) is a higher-cost alternative, subject to project quantity and production confirmation. It is not the regular configuration, and small-quantity PU orders are not offered. Any other material request requires separate feasibility confirmation.
Temperature and Refrigeration Matching
An insulated body does not provide cooling on its own. The refrigeration unit must be matched to body size, insulation configuration, target cargo temperature and operating conditions. Different body sizes and target temperatures require different refrigeration units and budgets.
Provide ambient conditions, cargo loading temperature, route duration and door-opening frequency. The operating range, airflow arrangement and proposed refrigeration configuration must be confirmed for the intended use; no temperature-stability, energy-saving or precise-control guarantee is stated for all configurations.
Body Layout, Weight and Chassis Fit
Send the chassis manufacturer, model and mounting dimensions so compatibility can be reviewed. Body weight depends on dimensions, materials, floor design and components. A structural frame or additional reinforcement adds weight; allowable cargo payload must be assessed against the complete vehicle configuration and applicable vehicle limits.
Discuss side and rear doors, floor finish, lighting, shelves, airflow channels and any hanging-rail requirements. For meat-hanging use, provide total suspended load, load per hook and loading arrangement so rail layout, mounting points and reinforcement can be reviewed. These items are supplied only as confirmed in the quotation.
Information for Your Quote
Use Request a Quote and send your chassis details, body dimensions or drawings, cargo, target temperature, door and component requirements, quantity and delivery destination. Tell us whether you need a body kit, an assembled body or matched refrigeration components.
Final materials, construction, supplied components, packing, freight and any installation scope are confirmed in the quotation. Regulated-cargo requirements and any required certificates or test documents must be discussed and their availability confirmed before order confirmation; no pharmaceutical or chemical-transport approval is claimed here.
